An Outstanding Experience

At Aciana J. Hair Studio, we thrive on providing each and every guest who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Aciana J. Hair experience.

SAFETY STANDARDS:

1) Please do not bring guest or children who are not being serviced with you to appointments.

2) Mask are required for service. If you prefer, you can bring two mask due to ear loop of mask possibly becoming wet during shampoo service.

3) If you have been around anyone diagnosed or may be experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19, please reschedule!!!

It is in our best interest to provide service to you in the safest conditions. Thank you for your cooperation!

BOOKING POLICY

A Non-Refundable Deposit fee is required at booking. Once booking is complete, you will receive a Confirmation Email. Remaining payment will be accepted by cash or electronically through PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App.

You will receive a Reminder Email with the address 48 hours prior to your appointment date . If arriving later than your given 15 min grace period, you will need to reschedule.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please do so

24 hours prior to your appointment time through your confirmation email.

Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee.

Restricted booking options will apply after 2 appointments cancelled without notice. You will be required to pay full payment at booking.

SOCIAL MEDIA

I hereby authorize Aciana J. to publish the photographs taken of me, for use in their printed publications, social media, and website.

I acknowledge that since my participation in publications, social media and websites produced by Aciana J. Hair is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation.

I further agree that my participation in any publication, social media, and website produced by Aciana J. HAIR confers upon me no right of ownership whatsoever.

I release Aciana J. HAIR, it contractors and its employees from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation
